Terms of Service
Effective date: October 29, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pachecoinsgroup.com (the "Site") and the services provided by Pacheco INS Group ("Pacheco INS Group," "we," "us," or "our"), including phone, email, in-person, and text message communications (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About Our Services
Pacheco INS Group is a licensed independent health insurance agency in Texas. Our licensed agents help consumers compare and enroll in:
- Medicare Advantage (Part C) plans;
- Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plans;
- Medicare Prescription Drug (Part D) plans; and
- Individual and family health plans offered through the Health Insurance Marketplace under the Affordable Care Act.
We are licensed to sell insurance in the State of Texas only. Our Services are provided at no cost to you. We are compensated by the insurance companies whose plans we sell, and your premium is the same whether you enroll through us or directly with the carrier.
2. Important Insurance Disclosures
- Pacheco INS Group is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or HealthCare.gov.
- We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent [NUMBER] organizations which offer [NUMBER] products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options. In Texas, the SHIP is HICAP: 1-800-252-9240.
- For information on all Marketplace plans, you may also visit HealthCare.gov or call 1-800-318-2596.
- Plan availability, benefits, premiums, provider networks, and drug formularies vary by county and carrier and may change each year.
- Enrollment in any plan depends on eligibility and on approval by the insurance carrier, CMS, or the Marketplace. We cannot guarantee that any application will be approved or that you will qualify for any premium tax credit or cost-sharing reduction.
- The terms of your coverage are set by your plan's official documents (such as the Evidence of Coverage or policy). If anything on our Site or in our communications differs from those documents, the plan documents control.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide information that is true, accurate, and complete, including information used on applications. Providing false or incomplete information may affect your eligibility, premium, or coverage, and may result in penalties under federal or state law. You are responsible for reviewing your application and plan documents before you enroll and for paying your premiums on time.
4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
These SMS terms apply to the Pacheco INS Group text messaging program.
Program description
When you opt in, Pacheco INS Group may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Depending on what you agreed to, messages may include:
- Customer care messages: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, requests for documents needed to complete an application, enrollment status updates, renewal reminders, and other policy service messages.
- Marketing messages (only if you separately opted in): reminders about Medicare Annual Enrollment, Marketplace Open Enrollment, and Special Enrollment Periods, and information about plan options that may be available to you.
Example: "Pacheco INS Group: Hi Maria, this is a reminder of your Medicare plan review appointment tomorrow at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
How to opt in
You may opt in by checking the text message consent box when you book an appointment on the online booking page of our website at pachecoinsgroup.com/book.html, by giving verbal or written consent to one of our agents, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any plan or service.
Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that sent you the message. After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, you can sign up as you did the first time or text START and we will start sending messages to you again.
